Delete your account
In the app
- Open the app and go to Settings.
- Tap Account, then Delete account, and confirm.
The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Without the app
Email support@chpx.io from the address you signed in with, and tell us which app you used. We delete the account within 15 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your account, your email, and everything linked to it: saved content, results, photos and preferences. Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google. Apps with free usage limits keep only a hashed device identifier with a count of free uses, not linked to any person or account.
Active subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting the account. Cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
